At ART GODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or artwork doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that fragile artwork or home goods are adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio address included in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
