How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care in protecting your investment. Each piece is wrapped in acid-free archival paper, secured with heavy-duty bubble wrap, and shipped in a custom-fitted, double-walled corrugated cardboard box or a wooden crate for larger works.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, ART GODA ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for original art?
We want you to love your new piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
Are the artworks framed or unframed?
Product descriptions specify whether a piece comes framed, ready-to-hang (stretched canvas), or unframed. If you would like to add a custom frame to an unframed piece, please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
How can I verify the authenticity of the artwork?
Every original artwork purchased through ART GODA comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This document includes the artist's name, the title of the work, dimensions, and the year of creation.
Can I request a commissioned piece?
Many of our artists are available for commissions. If you love a specific style but need a particular size or color palette for your home, please reach out to us with your requirements, and we will facilitate the process.
